Transfer Printing Film

More beautifully,
For luxurious 'decoration'
There are various methods for 'decoration' that adds colors and patterns to the surface of plastic products.
Our company manufactures transfer films using unique gravure printing technology, featuring high design reproducibility.
In recent years, with environmental regulations such as VOC emissions driving demand for paint-free decoration, our films are attracting attention as an environmentally friendly solution that meets these needs.
Applications
- Automotive interior parts
- Home appliances
- Sports and leisure products
- Plastics (PC, ABS, etc.)*Decoration on glass surfaces is also possible by changing the adhesive layer.
- Other molded products in general

3D Dry Transfer

Gravure Printing Technology' + 'Release Processing Technology'
The 3D dry transfer film was completed through the fusion of these two technologies.
Patents & Awards
Patent obtained in December 2012 for 'Decoration film formation method on molded products using transfer sheets' (Patent No. 5158989)
Won the '3rd Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award Excellence Prize'
Features
POINT 01
Using highly stretchable film, decoration on uneven surfaces that cannot be achieved with other methods is possible.
POINT 02
No burrs occur because only the ink layer is transferred.
Post-transfer trimming is not required.
POINT 03
Pattern alignment is easy because vacuum drawing and heat transfer are performed after fixing the film.
Less pattern misalignment loss, advantageous for decorating expensive substrates such as glass and aluminum.
